At Intellicheck Mobilisa, Inc. we pride ourselves on customer service. We offer 24 hour help and support for all the products and services we provide.

Our Help Desk line 1.866.SCAN4ID (722.6443) or tech-support@icmobil.com is the central hub for all things related to the Intellicheck Mobilisa devices and staffed 7 days/week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

When customers contact the help desk they can expect high quality and rapid technical services. Customers should be prepared to give their name, affiliation and a phone number where they can be contacted. Our technicians will collect information about the problem and make a determination as to the most qualified person to resolve the case. For the most common problems, the help desk has developed procedures that can be dictated through the phone which will be able to resolve the issue or provide our customers with a solution to test. Typically this takes approximately 20-40 minutes.  If the problem persists Intellicheck Mobilisa, Inc. will send a technician to the customer's site.

When a customer calls 1.866.SCAN4ID (722.6443) or they send an e-mail to tech-support@icmobil.com they are on their way to solving their technical issue. Intellicheck Mobilisa is a solution provider and a network engineer is always on hand to repair and maintain all our products. 

Training

The goal of Intellicheck Mobilisa's training session is to ensure accurate use of our devices. We hold training sessions for all our customers throughout the year to provide updates on the appropriate use of our technology and have "shadowing" capability. All our devices are extremely user friendly and we provide hands on training with power point presentations and a booklet that is left with customers. We also include a one-page user sheet that can be kept on site for immediate reference.
